All I can say is wow. I never saw this coming. After coming home from the NHRA Toyo Tires Event at Maple Grove Raceway in Maple Grove, PA yesterday to take a break from the heat, I plopped down in my chair and watched the Phillies game on my big screen TV. Just when I thought the Mets might tie it up and bring us into the 10th Inning, Bruntlett then committed the rarest of the rare: A game ending triple play that has only been done once before in Major League Baseball history. Sweeet.

This is why I love my Phillies. Just when I’m ready to curse or throw a projectile at the TV over the Phillies committing a foolish error, they win me back with an amazing play like this. Great job guys, and mostly..great job Bruntlett!
